Designing RealBet, the Web3 casino within the broader McGregor ecosystem, required solving a series of creative, technical, and operational challenges.
Defining a casino product that felt different from every other Web3 platform
Most Web3 casinos feel overly digital, synthetic, and predictable. RealBet needed to embody the opposite: a brand that felt raw, bold, energetic, and unmistakably part of the McGregor universe. We were tasked with creating everything: the brand direction, UI, UX flows, in-game screens, chips, tables, slots, onboarding, wallets, and the entire Web3 integration. Launch dates moved, timelines tightened, and requirements changed as the overall Real ecosystem evolved. We had to adapt fast, redesign quickly, and keep the quality bar high even while delivering at pace.Balancing Web3 functionality with mainstream usability
The casino needed to be crypto-native but not crypto-confusing. Wallet connectivity, deposits, withdrawals, and on-chain interactions needed to feel intuitive for everyday fans, not just Web3 natives.Ensuring the visual identity matched the Real brand philosophy
The Real ecosystem is built on realness, raw energy, and a rejection of generic digital design. Translating that philosophy into a casino UI normally a saturated, noisy space, required careful creative direction.

We built a visual identity that felt gritty, bold, and grounded. Think dark textures, high-impact typography, punchy contrast echoing the Real ethos of “real-world energy in a digital space.”

We designed every part of the experience:
– onboarding

– wallet flows
– chips, cards, timers
– user profiles & loyalty

We worked in tight iteration loops, often reshaping plans mid-stream to meet new launch windows. Through fast approvals and founder-led collaboration, we kept the project moving even when schedules changed.
